• Service Desk Support Analyst

    CFC has just gone through a data centre migration project, moving to Azure and Office 365. As part of this move, we have decided to build a Technology Operations team to provide higher levels of support to our internal teams and our external customers. In this role, you will be responsible for the resolution of IT desktop Support incidents and requests and ensure the stable and efficient running of our platform operations across our whole infrastructure.   • Property/General Liability Claims Adjuster

    As an Intellectual Property Underwriter you will work closely with experienced underwriting colleagues including the Practice Leader in what is considered an emerging risks area.   • Underwriting Support Assistant

    Our underwriting support teams play a vital role in providing first class administrative support for the effective day to day running of our underwriting teams. As an underwriting support assistant you’ll sit on one of three underwriting support teams, providing dedicated support to underwriters across a variety of different classes of business.

    You’ll support the end to end underwriting process from logging and processing submissions on CFC’s underwriting system, creating policy documentation, to producing debit notes.   • Claims Operations Analyst

    CFC’s claims team currently consist of around thirty people and is expanding rapidly in-line with the overall growth of the business. This expansion has given rise to the need for greater capacity within our Claims Operations Team to continue to allow our claims adjusters to focus on their primary adjusting role within a structured and closely-managed environment.

    You’ll have experience of claims operations management, preferably in a London Market environment. You’ll provide claims management data, reports, monthly bordereau functions and presentations relative to the claims portfolio. You’ll also demonstrate an ability to meet strict deadlines and a willingness to enforce best-practice procedures. The Claims Operations Analyst will also liaise with the CFC software development team to assist with system and process change in order to achieve optimal operational performance.
