Broker Partner of the Year goes to CFC
We're incredibly proud to have won Broker Partner of the Year at last night's virtual ceremony for the prestigious British Insurance Awards
Awarded to businesses that develop and deliver innovative technology, products, and service to help make brokers' lives easier, we couldn't be more proud that our various cyber insurance education and development initiatives helped us claim Broker Partner of the Year at the 2020 British Insurance Awards (BIAs).
Cyber is one of the hottest topics in insurance, but it can be made unnecessarily complex by industry jargon, buzzwords of the day, and a lack of standardisation in policy wordings. It’s no surprise that many brokers find it hard to articulate the benefits to clients and that many clients don't see how cyber threats might impact their business.
We set ourselves the goal of not only enhancing our products to meet the real-world needs of our brokers’ clients, but also revolutionising their accessibility to smooth the transaction process. And at the same time we committed to undertaking a proactive cyber education campaign with the objective of turning negative awareness into positive action.
We passionately believe in simplifying the way cyber insurance is bought and sold. Helping our broker partners improve their understanding of cyber risk and how to articulate the benefits of cyber insurance to their clients is a vital part of achieving that goal.
This campaign culminated in a series of initiatives including enhancing our SME cyber insurance product; releasing a new single-question cyber insurance platform enabling brokers to instantly access and 'self-serve' our cyber product for SME businesses; and launching a cyber education campaign which has included over 80 webinars, over 20 in-depth case studies, a dozen events, a monthly Cyber Fix newsletter, and much more.
We promise to continue doing all we can to make brokers' lives easier, for cyber and for all our other product lines.
