CFC's Connect wins at Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards
Our single-question trading platform was voted Best Use of Technology for Customer Experience
We're incredibly proud to announce that our cyber trading platform, Connect, was recognized at the prestigious Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards yesterday.
"Best Use of Technology for Customer Experience" is awarded to businesses that embrace new technology to make a real difference to their customers’ experiences. For CFC, that technology is Connect, our intuitive cyber trading platform which leverages CFC's proprietary data enrichment technology to allow brokers to enter just one piece of information - a domain name - for an instantaneous quote.
Connect also gives power back to brokers, allowing them to adjust coverage and limits, bind policies, and track orders - all with zero touch from our underwriters. What's more, the platform creates custom downloadable quote backs for each client, complete with the most common limits purchased, claims for that sector by frequency and severity, and claims case studies.
