CFC wins Best Customer App at Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards
We're excited to announce that Best Customer App went to CFC’s Response app at yesterday's Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards.
The dynamic nature of cyber risk and the ability of cybercriminals to evolve their business models mean that cyber-attack vectors constantly change as new techniques are developed to infiltrate computer systems and compromise businesses.
That’s why cyber insurance has to be about more than coverage alone and what prompted the development of our mobile app, which provides customers with proactive and targeted cybersecurity alerts and immediate access to cybersecurity tools and risks mitigation experts.
Since launching our Response app we have continued to build upon its capabilities, including further cybersecurity tools including deep scanning and dark web monitoring. We’re honoured that this important piece of technology has been recognized at yesterday's Insurance Times Tech & Innovation Awards in the Best Customer App category.
