      What happens after I’ve registered?

      Once you’ve registered online, you should receive an email within 24 hours to confirm your spot.

      What if I get a place, and later can’t go?

      That would be unfortunate, indeed! But if it happens, please tell us as soon as possible so that we can cancel your registration.

      If you have a colleague who can attend in your place, we can accept substitutions up to three working days before the event…but you have to let us know in advance!

      Can I bring a colleague?

      Yes, you can…as long as they have a confirmed registration for the event. Please ask them to complete the registration form here.

    • How do I get to Morgan Manufacturing?

      If flying into Chicago, you can choose from either Midway International Airport (MDW) or O’Hare International Airport (ORD).

      We recommend getting a taxi or an Uber to Morgan Manufacturing. This would be the simplest and fastest option.

      Is there parking for my ride?

      If you plan on driving, there is free street parking available around Morgan Manufacturing, but spaces are limited and subject to availability.

      We suggest grabbing a taxi or an Uber instead.

      Are you paying for my hotel?

    • What COVID-19 measures are in place?
